Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, online courses, and other digital content are generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

Event Tickets

  3. Customer Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

All refund requests for event tickets must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  1. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
  3. Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged.
  4. Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We do not provide refunds for auto-renewals if you forgot to cancel your subscription.

Physical Products

While we primarily offer digital services, any physical products (merchandise, etc.) are subject to the following refund policy:
